Services

All the ways I support families through birth, healing, and beyond. Every service includes a free consultation to ensure we’re a great fit.

01

Free Consultation

Always free to anyone and everyone, I listen to your concerns and goals surrounding your birth. Consultations are held on Zoom and they usually last 30 mins to an hour long. This is your chance to answer any and all questions you may have surrounding services. It's also a chance to make sure that our values align and to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

05

Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is the process of drying and grinding the placenta into powder, which is then put into capsules for consumption.

Evidence shows it helps with:

  • increased energy

  • enhanced milk production

  • overall quicker healing postpartum.

Your Placenta contains vitamins, nutrients, and hormones that all align with helping your physical and emotional recovery.
